Front Desk Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Previous supervisory experience is required
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, ONQ, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
