Front Desk Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Previous supervisory experience is required
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, ONQ, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
